The short list of what you may not do with the Services, the Deliverables, and Mule's site and infrastructure. It is referenced by, and part of, the Terms of Service.

1. Scope

This Acceptable Use Policy applies to your use of the Services, the Deliverables, and Mule's website and infrastructure. It is incorporated into the Terms of Service. Where these terms and the Terms of Service conflict, the Terms of Service control.

2. Prohibited content and conduct

You may not use the Services or the Deliverables to store, send, or publish anything that is illegal, that infringes or misappropriates a third party's intellectual property or privacy rights, that is defamatory, deceptive, or fraudulent, or that is malicious, including malware, or that harasses or harms others.

You may not attempt to gain unauthorized access to, probe, scan, overload, or disrupt Mule's systems, another customer's Project, or any Third-Party Service; send spam or unlawful bulk or commercial messages; misrepresent your identity or impersonate Mule, its team, or its clients; or use the Services to violate any applicable law or regulation, including data-protection, consumer-protection, and anti-spam laws.

You may not copy, resell, sublicense, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works of the Mule Materials except as expressly permitted by the Terms of Service, and you may not scrape, copy, or republish content from Mule's own website without permission.

3. Consequences and reporting

Mule may investigate suspected violations and may suspend or terminate access, remove offending content, or block an address or account, with notice where practical and immediately where a violation is causing harm or legal risk. Suspension or termination for a violation does not entitle you to a refund of amounts already billed. Report suspected abuse to info@mule-digital.com.
