Custom business software for Midwest companies. Tools, portals, apps, platforms, and the websites and marketing around them. Describe it in your own words and a person writes back. No sales call, no waiting on a proposal.

02 · What we build

The software your business runs on.

The tools a business runs on. Quoted from your brief, built for one company, and it is yours.

Most of what we get asked for starts the same way: a process that lives in one person’s head, three spreadsheets, and a group text. We turn that into software your team will actually open.

All fourteen services
  1. 01

    Custom business tools

Quoting, scheduling, dispatch, inventory, approvals. The process in your head, turned into software.

  2. 02

    Web apps & customer portals

Booking, member areas, dealer portals, marketplaces. The login your customers have been asking for.

  3. 03

    Data management platforms

Warehouses, pipelines, migrations, dashboards. One number instead of four that disagree.

  4. 04

    SaaS products

Multi-tenant, subscription-billed software you sell. Built by a studio that runs its own.

  5. 05

    Mobile apps

Field apps for crews, drivers, and technicians. Offline-first, iOS and Android.

  6. 06

    Custom software & integrations

Integrations, automations, migrations, APIs. The connective tissue between systems.

Web & brand

The public face. Hand-coded, owned by you, and built to be found by search engines and AI engines alike.

Marketing & media

Ads, video, stills, and social. Made by the people who built the thing they are pointing at.

03 · Proof

We use what we sell.

Mule runs on the same kind of stack we build for you: a custom CRM, a booking system, and an AI voice rep that cold-calls our own pipeline and booked a meeting on a live call. We do not resell other people’s tools. We build them, run our own studio on them, then build yours.

For clients that has looked like a B2B platform with carrier-portal integrations for an IMO, the product UI for a SaaS, booking flows for an auto tint shop and for a barbershop in Anderson, Indiana, and websites and brands for a dealership in Delavan, Wisconsin and a rental service running out of Detroit Metro.

What clients say

In their own words.

I came in wanting a website and left with the whole operation running better. Justin built the thing I actually needed, not the thing that was easiest to sell me, and he still picks up when I call.

Tej D. · Owner

No retainer games, no waiting three weeks for a text change. I asked for a site that made us look like the real operation we are, and that's exactly what showed up.

Steve P. · Owner

My customers can see the inventory and reach me directly now instead of getting stuck in a call center. It looks sharp and it does the one job I needed it to do.

Dino S. · Dino Auto Sales · Delavan, WI
04 · What it costs

There is no price list.

Every project is quoted from your own brief. No packages, no tiers, and no published price to reverse-engineer your scope from.

We stopped publishing prices because a published price is a guess about a business we have not met yet. It makes small jobs look expensive and large ones look impossible, and it quietly pushes every brief toward whichever number was easiest to print. So we ask what you actually need, we price that, and we show you the line items. You get a real number, in writing, from a person.

01 · Lane
Own it

Buy it once and you own it. On completion and full payment the project is yours. We keep a limited right to get in and fix bugs, patch security, and make the changes you ask for, and you can end that access in writing at any time.

02 · Lane
We build it

On a subscription, Mule owns and runs the project until you buy it out. That is the trade for paying nothing up front. You hold a licence to use it while the plan is paid and current, and if you cancel before you have bought it out, that licence ends and the project comes down.

The buyout price falls every month. Part of every payment pays down the build, so what is left to buy shrinks each month until it reaches zero, and then the project simply becomes yours at no cost. Your quote names the month yours hits zero.

03 · Lane
We run yours

If we are only hosting and maintaining a site you already own, nothing changes hands. We did not build it, so it never becomes ours, and there is nothing to buy out.

Your domain and your data are yours on every plan, whatever happens. We do not hold a domain or your customer records as leverage, not even if you stop paying. Ask and we hand your data over.

05 · Where we work

Built for the Midwest.

Michigan, Ohio, Illinois, Indiana, and Wisconsin. Manufacturers, trades, dealerships, health practices, and family firms that have outgrown the way they have always done things. Pick a state to see how we work there.

The team is three people, and we sit in Belgium and the Netherlands. We are not pretending otherwise, and it is less of a problem than it sounds: your morning is our afternoon, so the email you send at the end of your day is usually answered before the next one starts. Discovery, build, and handoff all happen remotely, and routine in-person visits are not part of the engagement. If a project genuinely needs someone on site, or a shoot needs a camera in your building, we say so and quote the travel with the rest of the work.

Let’s build something honest.

Tell us about your business in a sentence. Justin reads every email himself and writes back the same day, most days.
