We work in writing. Email juastins@icloud.com and we reply within 1 business day. There is no phone line. A postal or other non-electronic channel is available on request, as EU law requires; ask by email and we will send the details.

Where we work

The team is based in the United States (Wisconsin, Michigan and Ohio), Belgium and Spain. Mule does not operate public offices.

Dispute resolution

We are not obliged and not willing to take part in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board. Our services are for businesses.

We take care to keep the content of this site accurate and current, and every figure carries its source and date. Industry figures come from the third parties named beside them. Links to other sites are provided for convenience; we do not control their content.

The Mule tag is in development. This device has not been authorized as required by the rules of the Federal Communications Commission. This device is not, and may not be, offered for sale or lease, or sold or leased, until authorization is obtained. It is not an APHIS-approved official identification device and is not an official EU identifier. No CE marking is claimed.
