In their own words.
“I came in wanting a website and left with the whole operation running better. Justin built the thing I actually needed, not the thing that was easiest to sell me, and he still picks up when I call.”
“No retainer games, no waiting three weeks for a text change. I asked for a site that made us look like the real operation we are, and that's exactly what showed up.”
“My customers can see the inventory and reach me directly now instead of getting stuck in a call center. It looks sharp and it does the one job I needed it to do.”
What kinds of clients does Mule take on?
Rural shops, family operations, small-town practices, and small studios with fewer than 30 employees. We're a small studio ourselves, so we work best with other small operators rather than enterprise procurement.
Do you publish detailed case studies?
Each case has a dedicated page with the brief, the scope, and the visual outcome. We don't publish private revenue or conversion numbers without explicit client permission.
Why are there only a handful of case studies?
We publish only work we'd happily redo, and only with the client's explicit sign-off. Most engagements are smaller scopes that don't warrant a full case page.
Can you connect us with a past client?
Yes, on request. We ask the client first and only share contact details with their permission.
What industries have you worked in?
Independent retail, restaurants and hospitality, professional services, design studios, agribusiness, and small manufacturing. We're industry-agnostic when the brief is small-business in nature.
