Yes. It replaces the notebook, the phone calls, and the memory it depends on with a load board showing what needs filling and what's filled, and loads assigned to a named driver instead of a truck.
Can a hired trucking company use our dispatch system without seeing our whole operation?
Yes. A hired hauling company gets its own login and sees only the loads assigned to them, not your full load board, and they assign their own drivers within that scope.
Who can change a load once it's booked?
The ordering yard and dispatch can both edit an order up until the load is in transit, and every change is logged and the other side is notified, so nobody finds out about a change after the truck is already moving.
Can a receiving yard track a load without logging in?
Yes. We build no-login tracking links so a receiving yard can check where a load is without needing an account.
Does this replace our drivers' phones and radios?
No, it runs alongside them. The driver app and in-app messaging give dispatch, yards, and drivers a written record of load events and communication, but a phone call still works when that's what's fastest.
