Large-animal and ambulatory practice happens mostly on the road, at the client's own barn or yard, not in an exam room with a desktop computer next to it. Treatment records get written on a clipboard in the truck and typed up back at the office that night, if there's time, and a producer's drug withdrawal date depends entirely on that record actually making it back before the animal is sold or milked into the tank.
That gap between the truck and the office is the real risk in ambulatory practice records, not the medicine itself. A treatment written on paper and never transcribed is functionally the same as a treatment that was never recorded at all, from the producer's side.

Do you need signal in the truck to log a treatment at the farm?
No. The field app is built to run offline, a treatment gets logged at the moment it happens and syncs once the truck is back in range.
Can records tie to the animal's EID tag?
Yes, with a paired Bluetooth reader and manual entry when a tag won't read. Animal RFID tags follow the ISO 11784/11785 standards, so the record ties to the tag the animal is already wearing.
Our client and patient records are scattered across paper files and an old spreadsheet. Can you bring that in?
Yes. We import your existing client and patient records as part of the build, so history comes with you instead of starting fresh.
Who owns the patient and treatment data?
You do, as the practice. We build the system around your patients and your clients, and the data is yours, including whatever you choose to share with a client through the portal.
Do we need a website too?
Most ambulatory practices do, it's how new clients find you. It's a separate, smaller line from the field records and portal, and we build it, but the records system is the lead.
